Product Lead, Delivery & Operations (AI)

Location: Warren, New Jersey or Armonk, New York; 4 days on-site per week required. Fully remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

Salary: $134,400–$219,200 annually

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, release management, and continuous improvement for data lakehouse and analytics platforms.
• Lead GxP implementation of data lakehouse solutions using AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Posit while supporting exploratory non-GxP use cases.
• Manage Human Sample Management as a unified product across sites, laboratories, EDC systems, and internal LIMS, including specimen tracking, chain-of-custody data, and reconciliation automation.
• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, system integrations, user testing, system changes, and delivery governance.
• Build and maintain data governance procedures and pipelines for EDC, laboratory, biomarker, genetic, omics, and real-world evidence sources.
• Drive stakeholder communication, risk and budget tracking, training, governance forums, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• BS degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an MS/MBA with 6+ years preferred, in Life Sciences IT, product management, or business/systems analysis.
• Experience with clinical, RWE, and safety data lakes or lakehouses, including AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, data pipelines, APIs, and EDC/non-EDC integrations.
• Hands-on proficiency in SAS, R, and Python, including R Shiny, APIs, SAS Viya/Posit, cloud deployment, and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards, SDTM, ADaM, Pinnacle 21, clinical data management, safety signal detection, data quality, query management, and laboratory reconciliation.
• Knowledge of computer system validation, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, traceability, change control, and clinical development processes.
• Experience with Agile product delivery, Jira, ServiceNow, AWS DevOps/CI/CD, Git or Bitbucket, machine learning, visual analytics, and generative or agentic AI.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Human Sample Data from a clinical trial perspective.
• Experience designing clinical data repositories and optimizing lakehouses for multiple data and statistical programming teams.
• Experience in highly matrixed, multidisciplinary organizations and managing competing stakeholder priorities.
• Product management certification or Veeva, Salesforce, or related certifications.
