Senior IT Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; expected to move to El Segundo, California in 2027.

Salary: $153,935–$199,210 per year, plus potential annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the evolution and delivery of global Kite Konnect digital products from discovery through adoption and business value realization.
• Design and deliver features for patient enrollment, cell order submission, aphaeresis collection, supply chain orchestration, and case management.
• Lead prioritized initiatives across global cross-functional teams and delivery partners.
• Use product metrics, user insights, and analytics to shape prioritization and the product roadmap.
• Own the product technology perspective, including technical debt, third-party integrations, documentation, operational procedures, and user guides.
• Build alignment between engineering teams, business stakeholders, end users, and service partners while advancing product operating-model maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience, or master's degree with six years of experience.
• Extensive product management experience and experience with Salesforce products, including Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end digital products and delivering complex technology solutions.
• Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives, global delivery partners, and geographically distributed product teams.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, DevOps, computer systems validation, and GxP projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic thinking, independence, and a results-oriented approach.
