Sr Automation Analyst

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Automated Order Entry platforms including Firelight, AnnuityNet, and Affirm.
• Define requirements, develop test strategies, and deliver platform enhancements, regulatory updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and support DTCC data feeds while monitoring production performance.
• Resolve complex operational issues and build documentation and processes that improve platform stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams, external vendors, Legal, and Compliance on automation initiatives.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches to improve testing efficiency, data quality, and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance operations, business systems, automation platforms, automated order entry, or technology-driven operational processes.
• Strong understanding of annuity products, operational workflows, and automated order entry platforms.
• Experience with data feeds, systems integrations, testing, and production support.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Firelight, AnnuityNet, and/or Affirm.
• SQL, Visual Basic, or similar technical skills.
