SAP MM Business Systems Analyst (SAP MM)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; hybrid with 3 days in the office per week. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.

What you will do

• Analyze existing system architecture, business process maps, interfaces, functional behavior, data requirements, and automation opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ERP and business application changes.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and collaborate with development teams on solution design.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve business and systems issues.
• Plan and execute software and application testing, including automated testing where applicable, before enhancements launch.
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives using automation and AI-enabled process improvement principles.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP support, or related business application and process support.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP functionality, design principles, and industry best practices.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements and developing business process flows.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management processes, including procurement, material master, and vendor management, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship or transfer of employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro or other supply chain planning solutions.
• Familiarity with business process automation or AI-enabled process improvements.
