Lead Business Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with three days in office per week at a U.S. hub location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; or Denver, Colorado. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and decision support across finance, treasury, tax, cash management, and corporate services.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating financial and technical needs into functional specifications and AI-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture, data engineering, AI, cloud, platform, application development, and integration teams on scalable systems and modernization initiatives.
• Define data requirements for ERP, EPM, treasury, tax, reporting, and related finance platforms, including data quality, governance, lineage, security, and compliance.
• Partner with QA, testing, and business validation teams to define test strategies and evaluate AI-driven outputs against business and regulatory requirements.
• Support technology roadmaps, application portfolio management, stakeholder adoption, change management, training, documentation, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst in an IT, data, or analytics-focused environment.
• Ability to translate finance and IT needs into AI-aware functional and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with data-driven systems, data integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills for working with financial, technical, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI and machine learning, including predictive modeling, NLP, or decision intelligence.
• Experience with AI-enabled initiatives in finance or insurance.
• Technical background in software development, data engineering, or analytics.
• Experience with financial data platforms, large-scale data environments, automation, data modernization, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
