Sr. Commercial Product Management Analyst (Commercial Banking)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $25.00–$28.87 per hour, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets of 12.5% cash and 12.5% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Act as the primary intake point for Commercial Lending enhancement requests involving Salesforce and nCino.
• Triage requests, clarify scope, identify dependencies and priorities, and coordinate next steps with Product and Technology partners.
• Analyze root causes and commercial lending workflows, recommending process improvements and solutions that reduce manual work and duplication.
• Design end-to-end workflows spanning people, processes, systems, data, integrations, business rules, and automation or AI.
• Translate business needs into requirements, solution options, workflow diagrams, process descriptions, and decision records.
• Define and track KPIs while communicating recommendations and progress to business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in business or product analysis, solution design, or business architecture in complex, multi-system environments.
• Knowledge of commercial lending or commercial banking workflows, including origination, underwriting, credit, booking, servicing, covenant tracking, and exceptions.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements or solution options and partnering with business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Exposure to Salesforce, nCino, workflow or orchestration tools, integrations, enterprise data, automation, or emerging technologies.
