Senior Business Systems Analyst (AI and Automation)

Location: Remote; position available across 10 locations. Special California employment provisions apply to candidates working from an unincorporated area within Los Angeles County.

Salary: $85,000–$113,300 annually.

What you will do

• Participate in discovery sessions with internal business partners to gather requirements and understand current-state workflows.
• Map business processes, document findings, and provide observations and recommendations to engagement leads.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical approaches before full implementation.
• Use AI tools for analysis, drafting, research, and solution development.
• Maintain process maps, requirements documentation, and proof-of-concept summaries.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support engagements involving AI and automation, data and analytics, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of directly related experience.
• Background in title and financial services is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience conducting interviews and working sessions, gathering requirements, and mapping processes.
• Active professional use of AI tools and the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cursor or other AI-powered productivity tools.
• Familiarity with process-mapping, requirements-documentation, or business-analysis frameworks.
• Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools.
• Experience in title insurance or other regulated industries.
