Position summary

You own full-cycle recruiting at Unimatch Lab: from the hiring-manager brief to the offer. The role covers up to 5 active IT vacancies at a time across engineering, product, ML/AI, design, and analytics.

Most of the work is international sourcing: you find, screen, assess, and attract candidates. You run screening and interviews (hard and soft skills), motivation, and culture fit. You keep a clear funnel and share conversions, sources, and time-to-fill with hiring managers.

You work with hiring managers on priorities, profiles, and feedback. You also represent Unimatch Lab in professional communities and in direct conversations with candidates.

Key responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting

• Run the full recruiting cycle: hiring-manager brief through offer
• Own up to 8 active IT vacancies at a time (engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics)

Sourcing and assessment

• Source, screen, assess, and attract candidates on the international market
• Run screening and interviews covering hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and culture fit

Hiring managers and funnel

• Align priorities with hiring managers, shape profiles, and close the feedback loop
• Keep a quality candidate funnel and transparent analytics: conversions, sources, time-to-fill

Employer brand

• Build the Unimatch Lab HR brand through professional communities and direct candidate communication

Required qualifications

• Experience running full-cycle recruiting for IT roles (engineering, product, ML/AI, design, and/or analytics)
• Hands-on international sourcing: search, selection, assessment, and outreach
• Ability to run screening and interviews on hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and culture fit
• Experience keeping a recruiting funnel and reporting conversions, sources, and time-to-fill
• Comfort working with hiring managers on priorities, role profiles, and feedback
• Working command of search and automation tools used in this role: LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Notion, Claude
• English B2 at least
