Senior Staff Talent Sourcer - G&A (AI)

What you will do

• Define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across Finance, Accounting, Legal, People, Operations, Strategy, IT, Procurement, Facilities, and other corporate functions.
• Map talent markets by company, skill set, geography, and organizational structure to identify specialized talent pools and competitive insights.
• Source, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive, cleared, technical, and niche engineering candidates.
• Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, automations, market maps, and talent intelligence reports.
• Coach recruiters and hiring managers on technical sourcing, talent availability, candidate engagement, and recruiting technologies.
• Use recruiting analytics, experimentation, and storytelling to improve outreach, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally supporting G&A, corporate functions, or complex high-growth organizations.
• Proven experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, candidate generation, and advanced Boolean search.
• Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or practical AI solutions.
• Direct experience with AI development environments or coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Strong communication, storytelling, organization, judgment, curiosity, and consultative stakeholder-partnership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Legal, People, Operations, Strategy, IT, Procurement, or other G&A functions.
• Experience with export control, ITAR, EAR, or security-cleared recruiting environments.
• Familiarity with Ashby, recruiting analytics, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience in high-growth, venture-backed technology organizations.
