Senior Executive Sourcer (AI)

What you will do

• Define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies for specialized engineering, software, embedded, AI/ML, systems, manufacturing, operations, product, program management, and corporate roles.
• Develop talent landscapes by company, skill set, geography, and organizational structure, including competitor insights and emerging talent trends.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive, cleared, and niche technical talent through advanced search techniques and specialized sourcing channels.
• Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, automations, market maps, talent intelligence reports, and outreach content.
• Coach recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategy, talent availability, competitive intelligence, candidate engagement, and recruiting technologies.
• Use analytics and experimentation to measure sourcing effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and optimize recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or complex hardware and software industries.
• Proven experience in market mapping, competitive intelligence, candidate generation, and long-term relationship building with specialized technical talent.
• Expertise with advanced Boolean search and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, and GitHub.
• Experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or practical AI solutions.
• Direct experience with AI development environments or coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Strong communication, storytelling, organization, judgment, and stakeholder-partnership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting aerospace, robotics, autonomy, AI/ML, or advanced vehicle engineering organizations.
• Experience with export control, ITAR, EAR, or security-cleared recruiting environments.
• Familiarity with Ashby, recruiting analytics, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience supporting high-growth, venture-backed technology organizations.
