What you will do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
• Coordinate scheduling and collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Contribute to recruiting projects, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with an ability to handle ambiguity.
