Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven venture studio based in Silicon Valley. We build, co-own, and scale vertical AI products deeply embedded in real-world workflows across HealthTech, LegalTech, HRTech, PropTech, adjacent B2B sectors, consumer applications, and institutional/B2G initiatives, including projects within the UAE ecosystem. Unlike a services company, we operate as a venture-building assembly line: discovery → MVP in 14–21 days → rapid validation → scaling or shutting down based on data. Our HADI approach - Hypothesis, Action, Data, Insights - helps us target PMF in around 30 days and $10–15K MRR for each micro-product.

Unimatch grew out of the founder’s venture investing experience in the UAE, where he completed 40 crypto/Web3 investments, three of which reached public markets. Since launching in Israel in 2022, we have reviewed 1,000+ deals, secured $8.3M in committed capital, raised $1M, and tested several business models before pivoting to an AI-first venture studio in February 2025 through a collaboration with Altair.vc. Since April 2025, we have accelerated alongside a UAE-based family office acting as partners and shareholders, not clients. Today, four AI products are in active development, with approximately five partner portfolio products in execution.

Our ambition is to launch 100 AI micro-products within 24–36 months, reach $100M in portfolio ARR, and build a combined valuation of $3B within five to seven years. In 2026, we aim to launch ten ventures with a success rate above 60%, ultimately targeting two IPOs and four companies exceeding $100M in annual revenue.

We are looking for entrepreneurial, results-driven people who move fast, turn ambiguity into execution, make data-informed decisions, and take real ownership. We work remotely with flexible schedules, transparent digital-first processes, and a core collaboration window from 15:00 to 19:00 CET. Here, outcomes matter more than process theatre: ship, measure, learn, and improve.
