Senior Commercial Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and commercialization plans for banking risk and decisioning solutions.
• Partner with financial institutions to translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, sales enablement, pricing, and business cases to support revenue growth and profitability.
• Evaluate regulatory requirements, including consumer reporting and FCRA-related obligations, throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery and represent the product to leadership, clients, partners, and industry audiences.

Requirements

• Experience in product management within fintech, banking, or financial data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial services products, deposit accounts, and account lifecycle management.
• Experience navigating regulatory environments, including FCRA and consumer reporting compliance.
• Experience with pricing, go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, stakeholder collaboration, and external partnerships.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into customer-focused product solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience; experience with credit bureaus, consumer reporting agencies, or financial risk decisioning solutions.
