What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for product discovery and top-of-funnel conversion for the Direct Lending business.
• Innovate the customer experience across the full funnel using AI to personalize at scale and uncover deep insights.
• Champion customer empathy through research, data, and AI-assisted rapid prototyping.
• Lead cross-functional partners in engineering and compliance to ship intelligent financial experiences.
• Analyze the AI landscape and model capabilities to determine their application to financial products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of results.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for daily research, analysis, and prototyping.
• Ability to partner with engineers to navigate technical and AI/LLM trade-offs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California.
