IT Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; onsite at NBF Shinagawa Tower

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional product development and business DX promotion projects for hirify.global Payment merchant companies and internal users.
• Conceptualize and plan products that contribute to user and business needs.
• Manage stakeholders, define ROI, design project execution structures, and establish deliverables.
• Set milestones, build consensus, manage risks, track WBS, visualize dependencies, and report project status.
• Coordinate project managers, product managers, and multiple engineering teams across planning, design, development, testing, release, and operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple team projects and developing team members.
• Strong communication skills for involving stakeholders and moving projects forward.
• Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
• Japanese: fluent; approximately 90% of work is conducted in Japanese.
• English: beginner level; used for communication with foreign and offshore members and for reading and writing technical documents.

• Experience with agile development.
• Experience with data analysis.
