What you will do

• Process and verify incoming invoices, travel expense reports, and corporate credit card statements.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and post monthly accruals to ensure correct accounting periods and financial reporting.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Create and maintain master data in the accounting system in compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in accounting, preferably within the accounts payable area.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluent English and German (good understanding level).
• Precise way of working and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
