Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Fully remote from Venezuela

What you will do

• Process approximately 200–300 vendor invoices and credit memos per week using Tipalti.
• Track invoices through the full procure-to-pay cycle and coordinate timely payments with vendors and internal departments.
• Monitor aged balances and maintain accurate accounts payable reporting.
• Identify and resolve AP process issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Cross-train with teammates to provide coverage during sick leave and vacations.
• Apply accounting policies, communicate productively, and maintain confidential company and partner information.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn, adapt to changing processes, and work effectively with others.
• Must be located in Venezuela for this fully remote role.

Nice to have

• Customer service experience.
• Experience with Tipalti and/or NetSuite.
