Software Engineer (TypeScript)

Location: Remote or New York City office

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrations with project management, accounting, ERP, CRM, email, and document-storage systems.
• Design synchronization and data-mapping layers that handle duplicates, incomplete fields, and legacy data.
• Make integrations observable and self-healing to prevent upstream changes from causing silent client failures.
• Convert one-off client connectors into reusable platform integrations.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to resolve integration challenges across client systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience with third-party APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and rate limits.
• Sound judgment when normalizing, mirroring, or rejecting mapped data.
• Comfortable working with TypeScript and Node.
• Ability to debug systems that were not built by you.
• Patience and rigor when working with messy, real-world data.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction, accounting, or ERP ecosystems such as Procore, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.
• Experience with workflow tooling such as n8n.
• Background in iPaaS or integration platforms.
