Engagement Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Identify high-value use cases for custom LLM applications within government entities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, understand their problems, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Manage long-term client health, anticipate risks, act as the main point of contact, and triage issues.
• Collaborate with business development, go-to-market, operations, product, and engineering teams to track delivery and timelines.
• Review operational performance and drive continuous process improvement.
• Work with research institutions developing Arabic LLMs to identify support opportunities and potential experiments.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of total work experience, including consulting or technical program management experience.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience at a consulting firm or leading technology company.
• Proven experience in B2B or B2G client-facing roles and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to understand APIs and the machine learning training lifecycle.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, planning, organization, collaboration, and process improvement skills.
