What you will do

• Identify high-value government use cases for custom LLM applications.
• Partner with clients to understand pressing problems and develop suitable AI solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying risks and addressing concerns.
• Serve as the primary client contact, triaging questions and issues.
• Coordinate with operational and engineering teams to track delivery and timelines.
• Support research institutions developing Arabic LLMs and improve operational performance through structured process improvement.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of total work experience, including consulting or technical program management experience.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience at a consulting firm or leading technology company.
• Experience in B2B or B2G client-facing roles and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to understand APIs and the ML training lifecycle while building relationships with technical customers.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, planning, organization, collaboration, and process improvement skills.
