Hardware Engineer (PCB)

What you will do

• Place electronic components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, and connectors.
• Route signal, power, and ground traces on printed circuit boards.
• Manage multilayer PCB stack-ups and apply design rules and manufacturing constraints.
• Ensure signal integrity, EMC/EMI performance, thermal performance, and hardware reliability.
• Prepare manufacturing outputs, including Gerbers, ODB++, pick-and-place files, and BOMs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or BAC+5 qualification in embedded systems, electronics, or a related engineering field.
• At least one successful initial experience in electronics, hardware engineering, or PCB physical layout.
• Strong understanding of electronics and schematics, with the ability to read datasheets and application notes.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and basic signal and power integrity principles.
• Attention to detail, precision, problem-solving ability, and effective cross-team communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IPC-2221, IPC-7351, or IPC-A-610 standards.
