Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the Sunnyvale office
Salary: $160,000β$210,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead printed circuit board design from concept through volume production, including architecture, schematic capture, layout, fabrication, testing, and qualification.
- Design analog and digital circuitry for high-speed transceivers, power systems, memory, and sensitive receivers.
- Select electrical components such as SoCs, FPGAs, and high-speed switches while optimizing performance and cost.
- Ensure signal integrity and power integrity through modeling and laboratory characterization.
- Manage PCB layout constraints and coordinate component vendors, contract manufacturers, fabrication, testing, and test software resources.
- Apply system-level knowledge of EMI/EMC, reliability, and compliance while collaborating with photonics IC, electronic IC, mechanical design, and software teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, power integrity, wirebonding, and board fabrication.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management tools and ECO management.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and process tools.
- Ability to work from the Sunnyvale office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of semiconductor design, measurement, and packaging.
- Experience with analog and mixed-signal IC design using Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens/Mentor Calibre for DRC/LVS verification.
- Experience with organic or silicon interposer design for advanced packaging.
