Finance Transformation Sr. Analyst Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional Finance transformation programs, projects, and interconnected workstreams from strategy and mobilization through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Translate strategic priorities and ambiguous business challenges into transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance structures, and delivery plans.
• Partner with senior Finance leaders and align stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and enterprise functions.
• Manage scope, priorities, resources, dependencies, risks, executive governance, implementation readiness, and organizational change across multiple initiatives.
• Mentor project resources and improve scalable delivery practices.
• Identify opportunities to use technology, data, automation, and AI to improve Finance processes and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in areas such as Finance transformation, management consulting, program or project delivery, business transformation, Finance operations, or process improvement.
• Experience autonomously leading multiple concurrent, complex, cross-functional transformation projects or workstreams through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced critical-thinking, problem-solving, systems-thinking, judgment, and adaptation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and communicate complex information through executive-level narratives and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and operating environments, with the ability to use technology, data, automation, and AI as transformation enablers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or another highly regulated industry.
• Advanced degree or professional certification such as PMP, CPA, CFA, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile.
