Director, Finance Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Define the global Finance transformation strategy and maintain a structured roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Own the Finance Transformation portfolio, including prioritization, investment planning, governance, and delivery of high-impact initiatives.
• Lead large-scale programs covering process optimization, margin improvement, cost efficiency, digital transformation, risk management, and value realization.
• Evaluate and deploy automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics technologies to improve Finance operations.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption, and cross-functional alignment across Finance, IT, and business units.
• Establish KPIs and value-tracking mechanisms, support executive decision-making, coach Finance teams, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior Finance leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading Finance transformation programs in complex global organizations.
• Strong project management, continuous improvement, governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Expertise in digital Finance technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and align diverse stakeholders.
