IT Finance Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas or Westminster, Colorado, United States; hybrid work arrangement with up to 10% travel

Salary: $200,000–$220,000 per year, plus signing bonus and 20% bonus opportunity

A national construction lifecycle partner providing electrical, mechanical, structural, inspection, underground maintenance and installation, and fabrication services across the United States.

What you will do

• Assess Finance and Accounting processes across corporate and field operations, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and standardization opportunities.
• Design, document, and roll out standardized enterprise-wide processes.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, IT, and Operations stakeholders to define future-state process and system requirements.
• Evaluate and lead the selection and implementation of ERP, payroll, time-capture, automation, and other Finance technology solutions.
• Define KPIs, establish reporting, and drive continuous improvement based on post-implementation performance.
• Develop business cases, project plans, and implementation roadmaps; manage project execution, risks, vendors, consultants, change management, and M&A system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting operations, business process improvement, or IT finance systems.
• 5+ years leading finance-related technology or process transformation projects.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ERP financial systems such as Viewpoint Vista, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Experience optimizing processes through automation and AI, defining KPIs, and tracking measurable improvements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, payroll and time capture, financial planning and analysis, general ledger, stakeholder management, and executive presentations.

Nice to have

• MBA or another related advanced degree.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial services.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or another project management or process improvement certification.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting platforms such as Pigment, M&A integration, Prosci/ADKAR, and external vendor management.
