Finance Transformation Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Lead defined Finance transformation projects and workstreams from planning through implementation.
• Analyze processes, data, controls, requirements, and organizational impacts to develop practical recommendations.
• Coordinate execution across Finance, Technology, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, milestones, and stakeholder commitments.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses, business cases, presentations, status updates, and recommendations.
• Drive testing, training, communications, process documentation, transition planning, adoption, and post-implementation monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance transformation, consulting, project or program delivery, business transformation, finance operations, or process improvement.
• Experience independently owning significant projects or workstreams through implementation.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Finance or financial-services experience.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
• Experience identifying opportunities involving technology, data, automation, and AI.
