HCM Strategy, Senior Transformation and Change Management, Vice President (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based role.

Base salary: $100,000–$250,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global HCM transformation initiatives involving enterprise applications, AI, and automation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies to improve execution and employee experience.
• Design and lead change management, communication, adoption, and feedback strategies for new HCM solutions, including AI chatbots.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, communicate project status, and secure executive alignment.
• Define quality standards and KPIs, measure project outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, finance, technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience leading complex project and change management initiatives in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of AI- and automation-driven solutions, from design and planning through implementation and adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver on time and within budget.
• Strong executive-level written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with enterprise project management and collaboration platforms; PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of product management, engineering, user experience, user research, HR, AI, automation, recruiting, or customer support.
