Intern Human Resources

Location: Hybrid role based in CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar), Netherlands. During the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.

Internship allowance: €700 based on a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Support the HR Business Manager, Global HR Business Partners, and HR Director for CTO.
• Help develop and execute the CTO HR strategic agenda, including planning, progress monitoring, and daily activities.
• Prepare People and Talent sessions, presentations, and meetings with senior leadership.
• Suggest and implement improvements to HR projects, processes, and ways of working.
• Manage HR projects involving leadership development, performance management, data quality, reporting, and employee listening surveys.
• Independently develop and deliver an HR project during the internship.

Requirements

• Consultancy-style approach and professionalism when working with senior management.
• Strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proactive, hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity and pressure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including storytelling and assertive communication.
• Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university, or at an EU university for EU passport holders, for the duration of the internship.
