TL;DR
Senior Workday HRIS Analyst (Workday/HCM): Managing the daily administration and product enhancements of Workday HCM for a global organization with an accent on system configuration, integrations, and data-driven reporting. Focus on optimizing business processes, ensuring data privacy and security, and implementing platform updates to drive organizational efficiency.
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office). Must be based in Stockholm (Sweden), Barneveld (Netherlands), or Tallinn (Estonia)

What you will do
- Administer Workday HCM daily, including troubleshooting, monitoring integrations, and performing audits.
- Implement product enhancements and system configurations based on the HRIS roadmap.
- Partner with business leaders to optimize business processes and leverage Workday functionality.
- Manage system permissions, access, and user personalization settings.
- Execute Workday releases, including regression testing and communicating changes to end users.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support legal, audit, and business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting & Talent).
- Advanced skills in Workday administration, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Custom Report Development.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office) in Stockholm, Barneveld, or Tallinn.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- Workday Pro Certification(s).
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
