Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in office, based in Stockholm, Sweden; Barneveld, Netherlands; or Tallinn, Estonia. Up to 5% domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do

• Administer Workday HCM, troubleshoot issues, monitor integrations, and perform reporting and audit activities.
• Implement Workday improvements, system configurations, maintenance updates, testing, and release changes.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to configure and manage Workday business processes.
• Maintain data accuracy, security, privacy, change management, validation, and routine data audits.
• Manage user permissions, access, personalization, and related system settings.
• Support EIBs, Core Connectors, vendor interfaces, dashboards, analytics, and data mining for audit and legal teams.

Requirements

• Advanced Workday administration and configuration skills.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday functional areas.
• Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent, Integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, and custom report development.
• Advanced analytical skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from one of the specified European office locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Absence.
• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Workday Pro certification.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
