HR Advisor - Dutch Speaker (Netherlands)

Location: On-site in Bodegraven or Best, Netherlands; minimal travel of 0–10%.

What you will do

• Coach managers through leadership challenges, performance management, and team development.
• Manage short- and long-term absence cases in compliance with Dutch regulations, including Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
• Use mediation and investigative skills to resolve complex employee relations and performance cases.
• Implement global people programs locally in collaboration with international Centres of Excellence.
• Support local talent initiatives and address practical organizational challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR Advisor or HR Generalist experience with independent management of complex casework.
• Strong applied knowledge of Dutch labor law and Dutch absence regulations.
• Native Dutch and full professional fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, coaching, mediation, and investigative skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience managing HR matters in the Belgium market or interest in international markets.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
