HR Advisor

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on operational HR topics, including employee relations, performance, and Dutch employment law.
• Manage sickness cases and collaborate with managers to ensure compliant absence management.
• Guide employees through the entire lifecycle: onboarding, contract changes, internal transfers, and offboarding.
• Partner with Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Services to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Maintain HR documentation and support the enhancement of HR systems and policies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a similar operational role.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Workday is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
