HR Advisor

Location: Based in the Sevenum office, Netherlands

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance conversations, absence management, and Dutch employment law.
• Own office-related sickness cases and support effective, compliant case management.
• Guide employees through onboarding, contract changes, internal transfers, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Services on compliant HR processes.
• Maintain HR documentation, update policies, and support improvements to HR systems and processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a similar operational HR role.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a customer-oriented mindset and collaborate closely with colleagues.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with Workday.
