MRB Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Hourly pay: $23.60–$30.40

What you will do

• Review rejected materials and coordinate their disposition, storage, release, or scrapping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide management with timely MRB status reports.
• Participate in investigations into nonconformances, root causes, corrective actions, preventive actions, and CAPA activities.
• Monitor DMR disposition activities and support the repurposing of nonconforming inventory when approved.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to review MRB metrics, defects, and trends, particularly in raw materials.
• Support audits and continuous improvement of the MRB process and Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Three years of experience supporting supply chain, warehousing, or logistics activities, including transactional material movement and disposition.
• Experience with product structures, bills of materials, and engineering change orders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Oracle systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare metrics, and coordinate cross-functional investigations.
• A BS or BA in an appropriate field is preferred.
