Associate Project Manager (Healthcare)

hirify.global’s Medscape division develops physician portals and mobile applications that provide healthcare professionals with clinical information, treatment resources, continuing medical education, and peer communication.

What you will do

• Create and maintain project timelines in Workfront, including daily progress updates and dashboard reporting.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, client deliverables, internal reviews, kickoff meetings, requirements sessions, and prelaunch quality checks.
• Follow up on incomplete tasks, help resolve delays, and communicate project risks and timeline changes to senior team members.
• Coordinate client priorities and expectations across internal teams to support accurate, on-time launches.
• Audit project folders, maintain server organization, and provide coverage for team members during absences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience or exposure to project coordination, traffic, project management, digital advertising, agency work, or healthcare-related roles.
• Strong organization, documentation, prioritization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and task management systems such as Workfront or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of the marketing creative process and ability to collaborate with development and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Marketing or agency experience, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with medical/legal review processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with MS Project or Workfront.
