Software Implementations Project Manager (Dental Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States, with up to 10% travel; individuals residing in Delaware, Hawaii, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are not currently eligible.

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 base per year, plus eligibility for a target bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, lead, organize, and control software implementation projects from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers throughout implementation and manage escalated issues.
• Set customer expectations, coordinate service delivery, and maintain project schedules, plans, metrics, and communications.
• Lead current-state and future-state consulting assessments focused on functionality and processes.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, resolve complex issues, and provide accurate project and account documentation.
• Build cross-functional relationships, communicate with C-level stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years or more of progressively responsible professional experience and a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent.
• Project management experience and/or certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Project+.
• Advanced experience with client/server and cloud-based SaaS applications and services.
• Experience with regulatory compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
• Strong communication, documentation, presentation, analytical, decision-making, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Technical experience with network configurations, WANs, Citrix, virtual servers, third-party ISPs, Windows SQL Server, and hosted solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or global equivalent.
• One or more industry certifications.
• Experience with practice management software and Henry Schein solutions.
