Associate Project Manager (Healthcare Marketing)

Location: Remote within the United States or New York, NY.

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage low- and mid-complexity projects across assigned client accounts and support larger projects with oversight.
• Act as the client point of contact, gather direction, manage expectations, and facilitate client and team meetings.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource assignments, hot sheets, meeting notes, and next steps.
• Partner with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, Technology, and resource management teams to deliver work from activation through completion.
• Scope and estimate projects, monitor budgets, manage reconciliation and billing, and communicate financial risks and projections.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while coordinating tasks, client submissions, and final delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience; agency or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client-facing relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or from New York, NY.
