TL;DR

Commercial Project Manager (Healthcare): Leading end-to-end software implementations for homecare providers with an accent on client relationship management, process methodology, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving product adoption, managing project lifecycles using Agile/Waterfall frameworks, and serving as the primary trusted advisor to healthcare clients.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Bloomington, MN office for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000

What you will do

  • Lead high-volume enterprise customer onboarding and implementation projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and execute project management plans using best practices (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
  • Facilitate product training and system configuration sessions for new users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and client success teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate client risks throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically software implementation in a client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Bloomington, MN 3 days per week.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
