What you will do
- Lead high-volume enterprise customer onboarding and implementation projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and execute project management plans using best practices (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
- Facilitate product training and system configuration sessions for new users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and client success teams to ensure project alignment.
- Proactively identify and mitigate client risks throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically software implementation in a client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.
- Must be able to work on-site in Bloomington, MN 3 days per week.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
