Project Manager (SaaS Implementations)

Location: Remote - NOAM

Annual base salary: $92,002–$115,000, plus an annual target bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple concurrent large-scale client software implementation projects.
• Establish project governance and convert complex, ambiguous, high-risk work into executable plans.
• Own project status and outcomes while driving risks, dependencies, issues, scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage customer, vendor, executive, and C-level communications throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Control project budgets, hours, expenses, resources, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Apply and improve PMO methodologies and mentor junior project managers or implementation specialists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, external client-facing software implementation projects, particularly ERP, HCM, CRM, or large-scale SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver complex and ambiguous projects by rapidly establishing structure and governance.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables for enterprise clients.
• Mastery of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Hybrid, with the ability to select the appropriate approach.
• Understanding of the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, and go-live.
• Proficiency with project and resource management tools such as Jira, Asana, and SmartSheet.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
