Product Manager, Subscriptions (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States only

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus stock options.

What you will do

• Own the customer subscription journey from signup and account setup through subscription management and ongoing engagement.
• Drive zero-to-one product development from initial build through external launch and sustained market adoption.
• Design, launch, test, and improve engagement, retention, conversion, segmentation, and lifecycle features.
• Partner with Engineering to define priorities, resolve trade-offs, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Manage development, testing, operational-readiness, and launch milestones.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Operations on scalable and trusted financial experiences.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing products.
• Direct experience building or managing subscription products, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle mechanics.
• Experience with financial or fintech products at meaningful scale.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience with independent product delivery.
• Strong product judgment, execution skills, communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in the United States.
