Product Manager, Agentic Finance

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus stock options.

What you will do

• Define the strategy, vision, priorities, and roadmap for AI-powered financial agents.
• Ship new agent functionality and improve production experiences as models and technologies evolve.
• Build and manage an agent harness or evaluation framework for measuring and improving response quality.
• Set standards for accuracy, reliability, safety, compliance, and customer trust.
• Translate customer needs, model capabilities, regulatory requirements, and platform constraints into product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience, including direct ownership of an AI- or LLM-powered product.
• Experience building or operating an agent harness, evaluation framework, or comparable AI quality measurement system.
• Hands-on fluency with LLM-based tools and evolving AI capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to independently retrieve, analyze, and interpret product data.
• Experience owning product work end to end, from strategy and experimentation through production delivery.
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety, customer trust, and regulatory compliance in financial services and real-money transactions.
