Lead PM for Tax Agents (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote within the USA; remote and in-person work arrangements are available.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents that improve efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across the tax lifecycle.
• Work directly with tax practitioners at major firms and corporate tax departments to solve industry challenges.
• Define and ship zero-to-one product features, then enhance and scale successful capabilities.
• Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product design, moving quickly from definition to delivery.
• Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a deep focus on AI and agents.
• 3+ years of tax experience as a tax practitioner or builder of tax products for CPA or corporate tax markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Comfort working with ambiguity while launching new products.
• Degree in a technical, accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
