Agent Manager (AI)

Location: USA-Remote

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 USD base salary per year, plus equity; bonus or commission may also apply.

What you will do

• Work with internal teams, brands, and creators to understand workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI agents.
• Own the customer need, scope, priorities, behavior, delegation model, output quality, and boundaries for assigned agents.
• Monitor agent runs for recurring gaps, quality drift, weak evaluation coverage, confusing delegation, and scope problems.
• Maintain prompt and document quality, locked instructions, agent knowledge, tools, and operating boundaries.
• Help shape the agentic orchestration system by identifying missing capabilities and product improvements.
• Triage agent improvements, route tool and capability gaps to engineering, and clarify product ambiguity with product owners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or closely related experience owning a product, workflow, or service against customer needs.
• Strong understanding of business processes, leverage, ROI, and customer problem discovery.
• Evidence-driven and analytical approach, including reading run histories, identifying patterns, and prioritizing by impact.
• Technical fluency sufficient to prototype, evaluate, and collaborate deeply with engineers on agent design and reliability.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building, prompting, or evaluating LLM agents.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks or LLM-as-judge systems.
• Experience in high-growth startups, consulting, or strategic business operations.
• Background in creator, influencer, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce.
• Experience working directly with brands or creators as clients.
