What you will do

• Build and maintain freight spend visibility and lane-level analytics across all transportation modes using BI, TMS, and ERP data.
• Convert freight data into actionable optimization opportunities such as lane consolidation, mode shifts, and load factor improvements.
• Support carrier and forwarder governance through KPI monitoring, scorecards, SLA tracking, and QBR preparation.
• Enable digital reporting and data discipline by improving dashboards, automated reporting, and exception alerts.
• Strengthen risk, trade compliance, and ESG visibility by monitoring invoice accuracy, documentation, and freight emissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics required.
• 3–5 years of experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain analytics.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build cost-driver models and KPI dashboards.
• Working knowledge of international freight modes, Incoterms, and trade basics.
• Ability to partner across regions and time zones for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience with TMS/ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with freight audit processes and RFQ/RFP support.
• Knowledge of AEO / C-TPAT trade compliance requirements.
