Supply Chain Business Partner - Northern Europe (Netherlands based)

What you will do

• Lead the supply chain agenda for the Northern Europe business unit and align commercial priorities with operational capabilities.
• Own end-to-end supply chain performance, improving customer service, inventory, cost, working capital, and overall business results.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory functions.
• Drive digital transformation using Salesforce, AI forecasting solutions, and advanced analytics.
• Contribute to regional transformation initiatives and the EAME supply chain strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight supply chain professionals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior supply chain leadership roles.
• Strong experience with S&OP, supply and demand planning, and cross-functional business partnering.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Operations in a matrix organisation.
• Demonstrated success delivering business transformation, digital initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is advantageous but not essential.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital planning or AI forecasting tools.
• MBA qualification.
• Dutch language skills.
