Solutions Engineer EMEA (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France, with 3 days per week in the Paris office

What you will do

• Advise prospects on deploying hirify.global to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Visualize customer systems and information topologies while defining success criteria.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluation processes.
• Configure prospect instances to improve bot detection and ensure technical requirements are met.
• Collaborate with account executives, account managers, engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Assess and track opportunities in Salesforce and contribute to effective technical solution design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of pre-sales experience in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Consultative approach with a record of addressing business challenges and technical or security objections.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Good understanding of web-based solutions, website development, and structured data.
• Analytical, customer-oriented mindset with project management experience.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with data analysis and Kibana or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Apache, Nginx, Varnish, IIS, or lambda@edge.
