Security Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for enterprise pre-sales opportunities and secure technical wins.
• Discover and prioritise customer security and compliance requirements, then map them to hirify.global and partner-integrated solutions.
• Deliver architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, technical deep dives, presentations, and proof-of-concept or proof-of-value engagements.
• Design adoption plans and end-to-end security architectures covering identification, remediation, and recovery.
• Enable strategic partners through technical training, joint architecture development, and operational best practices.
• Develop scalable enablement assets, automation, managed security service offerings, and technical content while helping resolve complex customer and partner challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solution architecture, partner engineering, or customer-facing security architecture.
• Enterprise experience with the hirify.global platform and vulnerability or risk programmes.
• Experience working with partners, MSSPs, alliances, or channel organisations on technical enablement or solution development.
• Hands-on expertise in asset management, vulnerability management, patching, compliance, cloud security, application security, or threat detection and response.
• Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks and public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, stakeholder management, AI, automation, scripting, or workflow optimisation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Experience building managed security services, integrations, or joint solution architectures.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud-native security, and security operations practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP, or public cloud certifications.
