Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Work with customer security teams to understand their environments and design hirify.global deployments.
• Translate solution designs into clear, actionable tickets for engineering build-out.
• Own the technical relationship alongside TAMs and communicate with security stakeholders up to the CISO level.
• Deploy hirify.global for enterprise customers while coordinating with teams and large groups of customer stakeholders.
• Build repeatable scoping and design practices that reduce reliance on dedicated forward-deployed engineering.
• Help define and scale the Solutions Architect function within the post-sales organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of deep expertise in vulnerability management or an adjacent security discipline.
• Experience at an early-stage company, building processes from scratch and operating with ambiguity.
• Experience with enterprise customers, CISO-level stakeholders, and large-scale deployment teams.
• Management experience, including hiring and building a team.
• Familiarity with APIs, including API keys, reading and writing data, and validating data in tools.
• Excellent communication skills for translating between customer security teams and internal engineering.
