What you will do

  • Act as the primary SME for security and privacy during enterprise sales and strategic engagements.
  • Lead technical security reviews and third-party risk management to accelerate deal progression.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Engineering to address customer compliance and security requirements.
  • Influence product roadmaps by identifying recurring security needs and emerging market risks.
  • Develop security narratives and presentations to demonstrate hirify.global's security posture.
  • Implement AI-enabled workflows to optimize security questionnaire responses and risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Security.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in security engineering, consulting, or technical sales.
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity controls, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and identity management.
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and GDPR.
  • Proven experience applying AI technologies to improve operational effectiveness.

Nice to have

  • Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or Cloud Architect certifications.
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud platform organizations.
  • Industry thought leadership or public speaking experience.
