Engineer II, Process Automation

Location: Site-based in Cambridge or Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; full-time onsite with no remote work

Salary: $84,000–$134,100 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot complex issues in GxP process automation systems, including DeltaV and Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers.
• Support the operation and reliability of manufacturing automation systems used to produce mRNA therapies.
• Design, maintain, and operate solutions in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Support 24/7 manufacturing operations across first, second, and third shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technology discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience working with process automation systems.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex information to different stakeholders.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at the hirify.global site; remote work is not available.
• Existing US work authorization is required, and the authorization must be maintainable without future immigration sponsorship.

• Proficiency in IT networking and operational technology troubleshooting and optimization.
