What you will do

• Lead all phases of automation capital projects from initial design to commissioning.
• Serve as the technical authority for automation deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Deliver control system configuration services for North American sites.
• Provide automation support for lifecycle management and cybersecurity services.
• Champion process safety and life-critical work processes during field activities.
• Collaborate with site leadership, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Controls Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of leading control-focused engineering projects.
• Expertise in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA, Foxboro, or Rockwell.
• Strong understanding of control philosophy, production processes, and instrumentation.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally.
