What you will do

• Learn sales processes through structured, step-by-step training.
• Speak with hotel owners to understand their needs and explain relevant technology solutions.
• Work toward clear, achievable commercial targets with team support.
• Develop confidence in presenting ideas and communicating solutions.
• Track customer conversations and activities in CRM systems.
• Participate in industry events and customer meetings with guidance from the team.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or candidate seeking a first full-time job.
• Motivation to build a career in commercial sales and perform in a target-driven environment.
• Fluent German at C2 level.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, curious, open to learning, and receptive to feedback.
• Good communication skills or a strong desire to develop them.
